How licensing works
From choosing your beat to releasing your finished song, Vanta Productions makes the licensing process simple and straightforward.
1. FIND YOUR BEAT 🎵
Browse the Vanta Productions catalog and choose the beat that fits your sound and project.
You can purchase:
• WAV Lease — $50
• 3-Beat Pack — $120
• 5-Beat Pack — $150
All catalog beat licenses are non-exclusive. This means Vanta Productions LLC retains ownership of the beat and may license the same beat to other artists.
2. CHOOSE YOUR LICENSE 📝
Choose the option that fits your project:
WAV Lease — $50
One beat with a non-exclusive license and an untagged high-resolution WAV.
3-Beat Pack — $120
Three beats with a separate non-exclusive license for each beat.
5-Beat Pack — $150
Five beats with a separate non-exclusive license for each beat.
Stem Pack — $100
For artists who need individual WAV stems/trackouts for greater control during mixing.
All catalog beat licenses are non-exclusive and subject to the Vanta Productions LLC Standard Non-Exclusive Beat License Agreement.
3. COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE 💳
Once you select your beat or package, complete your purchase through Vanta Productions.
Your purchase confirms the specific product and licensing option you selected.
After payment, keep your purchase information for your records, including:
• Order confirmation
• Receipt or invoice
• Purchase date
• Product purchased
• Specific beat or beats included in your order
• Applicable licensing terms
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable Vanta Productions LLC licensing terms.
4. RECEIVE YOUR BEAT(S) 🎧
After your purchase is completed, Vanta Productions will provide the beat or beats included with your order.
Depending on your purchase, you may receive:
• Untagged high-resolution WAV instrumental files
• Individual beats selected for your Beat Pack
• Stems/trackouts if you purchased the Stem Pack
Your order information will identify the specific beat or beats included in your purchase.
You can then record your vocals, create your finished song, and make reasonable edits to the beat for your production.
Remember: Purchasing a beat does not transfer ownership of the underlying beat. Your use is governed by your applicable Vanta Productions license.
5. RELEASE YOUR SONG
Now it’s time to create.
Use your licensed beat to record your vocals and create your finished song.
Once your song is complete, you can:
• Release it on streaming platforms
• Distribute it through a music distributor
• Promote it on social media
• Upload it to video platforms
• Perform it publicly
• Monetize it according to your license terms
Important: Your license gives you permission to use the beat—it does not transfer ownership of the beat to you.
Because Vanta Productions beats are licensed non-exclusively, the same beat may also be licensed to other artists.
Always keep your purchase receipt and licensing information for your records.

YOUTUBE & CONTENT CREATOR USE 🎥
Vanta Productions beats may be used as part of an original YouTube video or other online content when the use is consistent with the applicable license.
Examples include:
- YouTube videos
- Vlogs
- Gaming content
- Podcasts
- Interviews
- Tutorials
- Social media content
- Promotional content
The Beat must be incorporated into original content and may not be uploaded, distributed, or monetized as a standalone instrumental.
MUSIC RELEASES
If you are using a Vanta Productions beat to create an artist Song, your use is governed by the applicable beat license. The license permits the creation and release of the finished Song according to the terms and limitations of that license.
CONTENT CREATOR USE
Using a Beat as background or supporting music in multiple videos, advertisements, branded content, films, television programs, games, podcasts, or other commercial audiovisual projects may require additional permission or a separate license.
If you are unsure whether your intended use is covered, contact Vanta Productions LLC before publishing the content.
MONETIZATION
If your applicable license permits the intended content use, you may monetize your qualifying original content subject to the terms of your license and the rules of the platform where the content is published.
Purchasing a Beat does not transfer ownership of the underlying Beat to you.
COPYRIGHT & CONTENT ID
Vanta Productions Beats are licensed non-exclusively, meaning the same Beat may be licensed to multiple artists or creators.
Licensees may not use YouTube Content ID or another rights-management system to falsely claim exclusive ownership of the underlying Beat or to prevent other properly licensed users from using it.
If you receive a copyright claim involving a Vanta Productions Beat, contact Vanta Productions LLC and provide your purchase receipt and license information so the claim can be reviewed.
